2. Educational use only

leapedge.clip is a research aid, not investment advice or a brokerage. We make no claims of profitability or suitability for any particular investor.

3. Account responsibilities

Keep your credentials secret. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the free-tier quota or attempt to extract another user's data.

4. Billing terms

Free plan stays free. Pro and Max are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe with auto-renewal and a 7-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends. Promotional codes (e.g. founder pricing at 50% off list, or limited-quantity launch offers) are user-entered at checkout while we offer them. A discount applied at checkout persists for the lifetime of that subscription per Stripe's coupon semantics, regardless of whether the same code remains publicly offered afterward. Cancel anytime from Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds for partially-used periods are not offered.

5. Content rights

You retain rights to your saved insights and account data. We hold the right to use anonymised usage data to improve the product (model accuracy, pipeline reliability, etc.).

6. Third-party services

Use of leapedge.clip is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service (re: the videos you paste) and Google's Gemini API terms (re: the analysis output).

7. Limitation of liability

leapedge.clip is an educational tool. Options trading involves risk and can result in losses exceeding your initial investment. Atanexus and leapedge.clip are not liable for any trading losses or decisions made based on analysis output.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Changes

We'll email account holders at least 14 days before any material change to these terms.
